As the race for the Unites States Senate seats get under way, Democratic politics is heating up. The Democratic party has reached a point where it is time to transition the energy of talk to action. For this reason, although the Democratic politics circuit is stating that there are a great deal of people within the Republican party that are glad to see him go, there are many members of the Democratic party that are saddened by his retirements. Obey is also the chair of the House Appropriations Committee. David Obey was first elected into Congress in 1969. Obey is currently in his 21st term of service with the United States Congress. Obey, who is now 71, simply says that the reason for his retirement is that he is tired. He says that there is a lot still to be done in this country, but at this point he is just to tired. Although many members of the Democratic party can rationalize with this feeling, it is not every day that you witness such a direct statement such as this. Democratic party House Representative David Obey, also gives credit to the work that he has performed in office. David Obey has served in Congress longer than most people have. He has the record holding fourth place in this regard. During that time, the Democratic party Congressman says that he has done great work for his district, his state, and his country.

Republican Politics

There is much talk being had based upon the recent comments that have been made by Republican party candidate, Marc Rubio. Rubio is running for a Republican party Senate seat in the state of Florida. Rubio recently made a statement that, although may not have shocked Republican politics, it served to shock the other political parties. Republican party candidate, Marc Rubio is quoted in a recent CNN interview as saying, “I do not embrace Washington.” This statement came from the Florida Senate Republican party candidate, Rubio, after the correspondent, Mark Preston, made mention of the fact that Washington has embraced him. He then stated that although members of Washington may embrace him, that he does not embrace Washington. He said that one of the reasons that he is running for the Republican party in the Senate race is because he wants to be the one to assist in changing the focus. One of the concerns within the Republican politics community is that the Republican party candidates that enter office address immigration. It has been an ongoing topic of Republican politics to address the legalities of immigration. What is more, is that this discussion by the Republican party calls that the government work to enforce these legal measures. This is also one of the concerns of Florida Republican party Senator candidate, Marc Rubio.

The latest news regarding Marc Rubio’s candidacy for the Florida Senate Seat is that he has received another endorsement from the Republican party. Republican politics is reporting that Jeb Bush, who is the former Governor of the state of Florida has announced his support for Rubio as a candidate. This comes just after Charlie Crist had announced that he was no longer running in the race for the Senate. Republican politics has reported that the reason why former Governor is endorsing him as a candidate is because he believes that he will hold true to his political viewpoints, despite popular persuasion. Republican politics is reporting that Jeb Bush views Rubio as one of the best alternatives to those that strongly oppose the current agenda of the White House. As the mid-term election race heats up, the Republican party has Rubio slated as one of the top contenders at this point. The two girls sing their original lyrics as they make clever statements about the candidates that they love. Unlike “Obama girl”, the “Clegg Girls” have released a number of different videos that have gained popularity. Politics news sources are saying that the “Clegg Girls” are shifting towards their own unique campaign that they are waging. In the most recent video that the “Clegg Girls” have produced, they are singing about women and equality. The politics news says that as people wait on the edge of their seat for that next video, they have a funny feeling that the “Clegg Girls” are going to deliver. Democratic Political Party Candidate Jeff Greene Speaks Out

Democratic political party Jeff Greene has announced that he will be running for political office in the upcoming Florida Senate race. As political parties announce which of their candidates will be running for the Senate seat, just two days ago, Jeff Greene, of the Democratic political party made his announcement. Not only are the opposing political parties waging their claims against the Democratic political party candidate’s announcement, but there are a number of people within Greene’s own political party that are shunning the fact that he has decided to run for a political seat. The billionaire, Jeff Greene, is being shunned by many members of his own political party because part of the way that he has reportedly become a billionaire was by betting against the banks. It is said that he invested his money in betting for, what eventually led to the mortgage crisis. Political parties are responding to the fact that Jeff Greene is running for political office. Opposing political parties are stating that there is no way that people should vote for billionaire Jeff Greene as a candidate, as he earned his billionaire status from betting against the value of the homes of the people. In the end, the banks had to fork over large sums of money for his investment against them.

One of the statements that Democratic political party candidate Jeff Greene says in response to other political parties and all others that oppose his running for the Senate, is that none of the money that he earned came as a result of residents in Florida that had lost their homes. In an interview on CNN, CNN’s chief national correspondent, John King pointed out that in a Forbes magazine interview, Jeff Greene had stated that he had entered the real estate industry by accident. Correspondent John King, also goes on to say that he stated that he was having the most fun that he had ever had in his life. Now that Supreme Court Justice Stevens announced his retirement, many are wondering who will fill his seat next. Although the political circuits are stating that Stevens is not slated to retire until the end of the year, we have reached a phase where the world of politics is talking. There are a slew of names that have come up as potential nominees. One of the recent names that has been added to that list is one of the deans of Harvard Law School, Martha Minow. Martha Minow is the daughter of the former head of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). In her previous career, she also spent several years working as a clerk for former Supreme Court Justice, now deceased, Thurgood Marshall. Although the political circuit says that she has no judicial experience, she is said to be one of the strong possibilities. Another woman that fits this criteria is Elizabeth Warren. Elizabeth Warren currently serves as the head of the Oversight Panel, which is a panel that was established by Congress. Some know her as an author, as she co-wrote two books with her daughter. Elizabeth Warren is also a regular commentator on CNN. There has also been recent mention of a judge out of the state of Montana. He currently presides in a court that has a reputation for having a more liberal view to certain issues. Although the political circuit is naming the list of possibilities as a short selection to choose from, it is a bit longer than many of the other possibilities when previous seats have opened. Time will soon tell who will be selected in the end to fill the Supreme Court Justice seat.
